Full Circle Reconstruction was contracted to perform a full exterior restoration on eight multifamily buildings<\/strong> in Orlando, Florida. The primary focus of the project was to restore deteriorated brick fa\u00e7ades<\/strong> and apply a protective sealant<\/strong> to extend the lifespan of the masonry and prevent future water intrusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scope of Work Included<\/strong>:
\u2714 Inspection and documentation of existing brick and mortar conditions
\u2714 Removal of damaged and deteriorated mortar (tuckpointing where needed)
\u2714 Brick replacement in compromised areas
\u2714 Power washing and surface prep
\u2714 Application of commercial-grade clear masonry sealant to all exterior elevations
\u2714 Joint sealant replacement at critical transition points (windows, doors, expansion joints)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Execution Strategy<\/strong>
Work was performed in phases to minimize disruption to residents. Our team maintained daily site supervision<\/strong> and worked closely with property management to provide clear timelines and status updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
