The facility, featuring tilt-up concrete wall panel construction up to 50 feet in height, exhibited leaks around truck dock locations and cold joints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Scope of membrane and termination inspection<br>\u2714 Cold joint analysis for water migration tracking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Findings<\/strong><br>Water was found infiltrating through fa\u00e7ade cracks and degraded sealant joints, then traveling internally along cold joints and exiting through lower panel cracks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Recommendations Provided<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Targeted repairs at crack and sealant breach locations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Implementation of mock-up repairs for
