The project included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Full exterior repainting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Stucco repair and patching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Fascia and trim restoration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Carport surface coating<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Pressure washing of all exterior elevations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Scope of Work<\/strong><br>All major exterior areas were included in the scope:<br>\u2714 Stucco walls<br>\u2714 Trim &amp; fascia<br>\u2714 Columns<br>\u2714 Front, back, and side elevations<br>\u2714 Exterior doors<br>\u2714 Carport structure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Execution<\/strong><br>Work was completed during regular business hours, with careful coordination to limit disruption to residents and staff. Our Project Manager communicated daily with the Regional Maintenance Technician to ensure seamless progress and immediate resolution of any on-site concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Results<\/strong><br>The completed project significantly improved the property\u2019s curb appeal while reinforcing the building envelope\u2019s integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
