Full Circle Reconstruction was contracted by a small condominium community in Tampa to build a new concrete trash enclosure that would comply with local code, improve curb appeal, and protect the area from unauthorized use.
Scope of Work Included:
✔ Site prep, excavation, and base work
✔ Concrete slab pour with reinforced steel
✔ CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) wall construction
✔ Installation of pre-finished metal gates
✔ Waterproofing, painting, and sealant application
✔ Final site cleanup and dumpster repositioning
Execution Strategy
Due to the tight site conditions and ongoing resident traffic, our team carefully coordinated staging and deliveries, ensuring the work area was safe and accessible throughout the build. All work was performed during daytime hours, with minimal disruption to the surrounding residents.
Project Results
The completed enclosure now provides the community with a durable, easy-to-maintain, and visually appealing solution for their waste management area. The enclosure was built to withstand Florida’s climate and complies with both HOA and municipal requirements. Full Circle Reconstruction once again delivered a clean, professional result that supports community pride and function.
