Full Circle Reconstruction was contracted to perform a full exterior restoration on eight multifamily buildings in Orlando, Florida. The primary focus of the project was to restore deteriorated brick façades and apply a protective sealant to extend the lifespan of the masonry and prevent future water intrusion.
Scope of Work Included:
✔ Inspection and documentation of existing brick and mortar conditions
✔ Removal of damaged and deteriorated mortar (tuckpointing where needed)
✔ Brick replacement in compromised areas
✔ Power washing and surface prep
✔ Application of commercial-grade clear masonry sealant to all exterior elevations
✔ Joint sealant replacement at critical transition points (windows, doors, expansion joints)
Execution Strategy
Work was performed in phases to minimize disruption to residents. Our team maintained daily site supervision and worked closely with property management to provide clear timelines and status updates.
